How do I know if my order was successful?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received it within a few hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@ohgoodiestore.com

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once processing has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel.

Can I update my delivery address after checkout?

Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update your delivery address. Please contact us within 2 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Do you offer promotions or discount codes?

Yes, from time to time we may offer special promotions. Please ensure your discount code is entered at checkout before completing your purchase.

How do I track my order?

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If no one is available to receive your package, the courier will leave a collection notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Otherwise, please contact us at contact@ohgoodiestore.com

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Orders may be subject to customs inspections upon arrival in destination country. Any duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Returns are only available in the case of faulty or damaged items.

How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
  • If the return is due to customer error (for example, selecting the wrong size or placing the wrong item), return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to process a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
